[phpMyAdmin Developers] Credits list with translators

Hello,

The credits list at [1] includes a section for translators, but as far
as I know this is manually updated and according to git blame hasn't
been touched since 2015. Is this something we can automate or improve
somehow?

The credits can be generated in Weblate, AFAIK this is what I've used
last time:
